Return Policy

1. Return Period
   You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

2. Conditions

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
   • Tags and price labels must not be removed.

3. Return Registration

   • Register your return via eliqclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
   • After registration, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
   • Always keep your shipping receipt as proof.

5. Refunds

   • Once your return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions

   • Damaged or used items may be refused.
   • Sale items are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise stated.
